1. Open the App Store and search for Skype for Business. Download and install the app.
2. Click OK (or Don't Allow) when prompted 'Skype for Business would like to access your contacts'.
   • iOS device may also ask for 'Skype for Business would like to access your microphone/camera/pictures' depending on whether you will be calling, video-chatting, or sharing images.
3. Type your UI email address in the Sign-In Address field(e.g. jane-doe@uiowa.edu).
4. Tap the Advanced Settings link
5. Type hawkID@uiowa.edu (e.g., jdoe@uiowa.edu) in the Username field.
6. Close the window with the 'X' in the upper left corner.
7. Type your Hawkid password in the Password field.
8. AutoDetectServer should be set to On.
9. Tap the Sign In button.
10. On the 'Welcome' screen tap Next.
11. On the Manage Data Use screen, select On for 'Require WiFi for VOIP calls' and 'Require WiFi for Video calls'.
12. Click Next.
13. Type your mobile phone number and tap Next.
14. Choose your preference - Yes or No - when prompted to change call forwarding settings.
15. Tap Done on the “You’re All Set” screen.

2. Open Skype for Business after installation.
3. Tap OK to 'Skype for Business would like to access your contacts' prompt.
4. Type your UI email address in the Sign-In Address field(e.g. jane-doe@uiowa.edu).

7. Close the window with the 'x' in the upper left corner

11. Enter Cell Phone number. Tap Next.
12. Tap the Sign In button.

14. Click OK to the message 'Important. Don't use the Skype for Business App to make emergency calls' if it appears

1. From your phone, click to go to the Google Play Store, and search for Skype for Business.
2. Tap Install to begin download.
3. Tap Open.
4. Type your email alias (e.g., jane-doe@uiowa.edu).
5. Enter your hawkid password.
6. Tap Advanced Options
7. Enter Username as HawkID@uiowa.edu
8. Tap back out of Advanced Options
9. Tap Sign In.
10. Tap the Next Arrow.
11. Your mobile phone number should already be entered.
12. Tap Next.
13. Sync Contacts should already be checked.
14. Tap Next.
15. Tap Done.
